Living Legends

Dr. John Mack Faragher

Dr. John Mack Faragher Following a lecture at Griffin Hall on the UL Lafayette campus by Dr. John Mack Faragher, The Arthur Unobskey Professor of American History, Yale University, and author of "A Great and Noble Scheme: The Tragic Story of the Expulsion of the French Acadians from their American Homeland," he was inducted into the "Order of Living Legends" by the Acadian Museum. Shown above are: Dr. Carl Brasseaux, UL Lafayette History Professor and Director of the Center of Louisiana Studies, Dr. John Mack Faragher and Warren A. Perrin, President of CODOFIL .
